Website Design & Development

Website design and creation for Emmanuel Vallélian, a human development consultant launching his independent practice in Switzerland, with a visual identity as warm and grounded as his approach.

Challenge

Emmanuel Vallélian was launching be-have., his independent consultancy in interpersonal communication, leadership and change management, alongside his existing role at Losinger Marazzi. He needed more than a website: a digital home that felt like him. Human, playful, rooted in the Swiss mountain culture that runs through his entire approach.

The challenge was to bring his vision to life online, faithfully, beautifully, and fast. A live site wasn’t just a nice-to-have: it was the next step in growing his practice.

Approach

Working closely with Emmanuel, I translated his brand identity and vision into a fully functional website:

  • Website design & build: designing and building the full site on WordPress with Divi 5, including Home, About, Philosophy, four service pages, Testimonials, Contact and legal pages
  • Design translation: adapting Emmanuel’s brand identity and palette into a cohesive, editorial web experience, including careful image curation to reflect his warmth and authenticity, avoiding generic stock photography
  • Animations: integrating custom Lottie animations to give each service its own visual personality
  • Technical setup: everything in place from launch, including analytics, GDPR compliance, newsletter tool, and a clean domain migration. No loose ends.

Results

  • A fully custom website launched within one month, ready for prospects to get in touch
  • A site that balances warmth and conversion, structured to turn visitors into clients without losing Emmanuel’s human touch
  • Strong positive feedback from his network since launch
  • A site that delivered results from day one, with an international training opportunity on the table within weeks of launch

Impact

be-have.ch gave Emmanuel a digital home that truly feels like him: warm, structured, and deeply human. The name says it all: be-have. is about being and doing, presence and action. The site reflects that duality: grounded enough to earn trust, distinctive enough to be remembered.
